Post 8 Squadron of the Son's of the Legion meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 10 am. We invite all members to attend our meetings, offer ideas for new projects and participate in ongoing projects of not only the SAL but of all organizations within our post family.
OUR NEXT MEETING IS ON THE 12th of May, 2012. AT 10 am.
Presenting $200.00 check to Director of Valor's Voice Adam Ragdale,a non-profit organization , helping a dieing Vet- sgt. Ian Hogg with his last wish, to be reunited with marine buddy he serviced
Dave Ayers knew a family that needed some help for X-MAS, So the SALS got presents for the Davis family.
Dusty and his Wife new Ms Jones from her work, She needed a little help,So the SALS donated a little help

To the members of the SONS OF THE AMERICAN LEGION POST 8, Some of us joined the SALS to get in the RIDERS, This is fine, but we need to remember the SALS. Lets get the SALS patch on our vest. Lets show everyone we are a proud organization, Lets support our vets and get active in the SONS OF THE AMERICAN LEGION. If it wasn't for our Veterans and active members of the armed forces, we wouldn't have the privilege of all of this and more.
